TWT’s design gives you the opportunity to train one on one in a private studio space, in your home, or online. Within a non- judgmental environment, your focus and fitness training will be optimized to your benefit. Working with an experienced certified trainer ensures your workout is a positive and highly informative experience. Your trainer will motivate you as well as give you modifications when needed. TWT’s clients range from teens to seniors (65+). Working out at the TWT studio is a fitness experience unlike any other.

TWT Top-notch Workouts

At the TWT studio, customized workouts are offered for all of our clients. Our trainers believe clients should have the option to cross-train and experience a variety of training formats. Practicing different formats gives you a unique opportunity to gain strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and mental focus. Along with our highly-skilled trainers, we provide clients with highly sought-after equipment (i.e., treadmills, a rower, an assault bike, a squat rack, TRX, barbells, kettlebells, slam balls, dumbbells, wall balls). You will surely find a trainer and equipment most favorable to you.

From the Moment You Enter the Studio You Know TWT is a Unique Place

Avoid a noisy, intimidating atmosphere when you enter our private fitness studio or you have the option to train from your own home. Staff members are friendly and welcoming, making you feel comfortable and confident in the training space. Our clients participate in monthly community events such as health fairs, hikes, walks, runs, fundraisers, and charity work. We love to keep our members active and involved in the community.
