The TWT studio is the best choice you can make for your fitness goals. TWT’s unique design gives you the option of personal training or attending group fitness classes in a private studio space. With small class sizes and a non- judgmental environment, you will be able to truly focus on you and your fitness training. Working with an experienced and certified instructor ensures your workout to be a positive and educational experience. Your instructor will motivate you as well as give you modifications as needed. TWT’s members range from teens to the SilverSneaker population all benefiting from positive results. Working out at the TWT studio is a fitness experience on a different level.


At the TWT studio customized workouts for all of the fitness formats:
(Bootcamp, Yoga, Pilates, Step Aerobics, Zumba, and Strong by Zumba) are offered. Instructors believe our members should have the option to cross train and benefit from a variety of formats. Learning a variety of formats gives our members a unique opportunity to gain strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and mental focus.


TWT instructors and trainers are certified and experienced in the formats they teach. With class size being limited, you will have a personalized fitness experience. TWT trainers provide one on one instruction guiding clients in exercises that coincide with activities of daily life. Whether you are recovering from a past injury or would like to focus on your health and body composition, the TWT staff is here to assist you on your fitness journey.

BOOTCAMP This class enables you to build a strong base for strength and conditioning through the use of H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training). This class is for all levels since we offer scaling options. With time, we’ll help you step out of your comfort zone as we work to make you a conditioned athlete. We use dumbbells, steps, jump ropes, and the most important piece of equipment of all…YOU, to get the job done. So grab your towel, gloves, and water bottle and get ready to embrace the work. We’ll see you out there!

Zumba® is perfect for everybody. Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba®Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. YogaFit ® A class for everyone! Yoga postures will be introduced and a variety of options. As you strengthen and tone your body you will reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility. Modifications will be provided to accommodate all levels. Practicing Yoga will challenge your mind and body. Come and join the unique fitness experience! Namaste.

Step Aerobics consists of sets of choreographed movements performed on a raised platform. The movements are accompanied by music and are designed to work the lower body, upper body and cardiovascular system.

Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders… But, the Mat Pilates series of exercise is performed equipment-free, with the moves adapted to work with just your body and a floor mat for cushioning and support.

Train With Talia has partnered with SilverSneakers a program for adults 65 and older.  Any person who is a member of the SilverSneakers program will be able to participate in TWT group fitness classes. The classes that are available to SilverSneakers members thus far are Yoga on Wednesdays at 8:30am, Zumba on Mondays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 9:00am. Upon attending class, a waiver must be signed and a SilverSneakers member number be provided.
