The Train With Talia studio is the best choice for your fitness goals. TWT’s unique design gives you the option of personal training or attending group fitness classes in a private studio space. With small class sizes and a non- judgmental environment, your focus and fitness training will be optimized. Working with an experienced, certified instructor ensures your workout to be a positive and highly informative experience. Your instructor will motivate you as well as give you modifications as needed. TWT’s members range from teens to the SilverSneakers (65+) age group each benefiting alike. Working out at the TWT studio is a fitness experience unlike any other.
At the TWT studio, customized workouts for all of our fitness formats (i.e., Bootcamp, Mat Pilates, Step & Strength, Yoga, Zumba) are offered. Our instructors believe our members should have the option to cross train and experience a variety of formats. Practicing different formats gives you a unique opportunity to gain strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and mental focus. Along with our highly-skilled training and instructing team, we provide clients with sought-after equipment (i.e., treadmills, a rower, an assault bike, squat rack, TRX, bar bells, kettle bells, slam balls, dumb bells, wall balls). You will surely find a trainer, instructor, and equipment most-favorable to you.
Avoid a noisy, intimidating atmosphere when you enter our private fitness studio. Class sizes are limited to offer each attendee personal attention and focus. Our staff members are friendly and welcoming, making you feel at fitness home. Our members participate in monthly community events such as health fairs, hikes, walks, runs, fundraisers, and charity work. We love to keep our members active and involved in the community. In addition to outside involvement, we hold fun activities within the studio as well. We have spirit days, holiday-themed events, contests, raffles, and challenges all to make your fitness experience more enjoyable.
