    This class may be scaled from beginner to advanced based on each person’s needs. During this class we will use dumbbells, steps, jump ropes, ropes, TRX bands, and the most important piece of equipment-YOU! With time, bootcamp will transform you into a confident, conditioned athlete. So bring your towel, gloves, water bottle, and energy to get ready to embrace the work. We would love to have you sweat with us!

  • Mat Pilates
    • Mat Pilates

    This class is a series of exercise and moves adapted to work simply with your own body, performed on a floormat for cushioning and support. No additional equipment will be used.

  • SilverSneakers
    • SilverSneakers

    Those interested in joining these classes will need to create a membership prior to attending the classes. Any person who is a member of the SilverSneakers program will be able to participate in the classes offered (Zumba and Yoga).

    The moves are accompanied by upbeat music and are designed to work the lower and upper body as well as the cardiovascular system.

  • Zumba

    This style of workout combines elements of fitness, cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Each Zumba class is designed to gather and unite the group for the love of dance, exercise, energy, and sweat! We take the “work” out of workout by incorporating both low and high-intensity movement for an interval-style, calorie-burning, dance-fitness party!

    A variety of yoga postures will be introduced to you. You will reduce stress and improve balance and flexibility as you strengthen and tone your body. Modifications will be shown on each pose to accommodate all levels. Yoga challenges the mind and body alike. Come see why Yoga is one of the most popular fitness experiences. Namaste.

    Body Building is a great mix of cardio training and flexibility with a focus of low impact movement and low risk activity at an achievable pace. This full-body workout gets you more mobile and stronger both in body and cardio fitness. Active Adults class is as much about getting fit as it is about meeting new people.
