Online Step Class

Participate with TWT in a live Step Aerobics class from your own home! Step class will be offered on Tuesday, February 27th, at 6:00 p.m. Purchase your class pass on the website under the drop-in tab. Once completed, you will receive a link to log on to class via Zoom. Don’t miss out on this cardio-driven opportunity! (Step not required to participate.)

February Challenge

Week 1: 5 One-minute wall sits per day (7 days)

Week 2: 12,000 Steps per day (7 days)

Week 3: 25 Jump-squats per day (7 days)

Week 4: Outdoor activity (Hike/bike/etc.)

Prenatal Fitness

Are you or is someone you know expecting??? Studies have shown exercising through pregnancy can lead to a healthier pregnancy along with many additional benefits for mother and baby. TWT is now offering personal training for mothers who would like to train one-to-one during their pregnancy. Talia holds a current fitness certification from OH BABY! TWT Fitness is ready to work with pregnant women. Prior to scheduling a consultation, a medical clearance must be obtained from the primary care doctor.
