Featured Member of the Month!

This month’s featured TWT Personal Training Client is Hugo R! Hugo is new to the training team and reached out in seek of a change. When he began his journey, he had many challenges that were occurring in his life. He admitted he had “let himself go.” Immediately, Hugo began training twice each week while refocusing on his health. Sharing his new goals prompted him to increase his training to three times weekly and even quit smoking. While focusing on his training, completing his cardio assignments and making changes to his daily food intake, Hugo began receiving compliments from others. He was beginning to change his mind and body in a positive way. Aside from changing his daily lifestyle, he also went on vacation for his birthday and checked in with Talia (his trainer) daily, reporting what exercise he completed each day! He also began to influence his family as they now exercise too. Hugo is an example of how a few changes in your life can guide and impact not only yourself but those around you. When you are ready to make a positive change in your life and focus on your health, make the time, prioritize your budget and TRAIN WITH TALIA. 

Spirit Day

Spirit Day will be held Saturday, August 21st. Wear your TWT gear on Spirit Day and receive a raffle ticket for a prize. All shirts and tanks will be on sale for $25 during Spirit Week!

Saturday Bootcamp

Saturday Bootcamp will be offered at 8:00 a.m. on August 7th and 21st. Be there!

Personal Training

Put your health and fitness goals first with one-on-one personal training at TWT.  Our ten-session personal training promotion is running now through August 31st. Details can be found on the website. Prenatal Fitness

Are you or someone you know expecting? Studies have shown exercising throughout pregnancy can lead to a healthier pregnancy along with many additional benefits for both the mother and baby. TWT is now offering personal training for mothers who would like to train one on one during pregnancy. Talia now holds a fitness certification from OH BABY Fitness and is ready to work with you. Prior to scheduling your consultation, a medical clearance must be released from your primary care doctor.

Group Fitness Members!

In order to attend in-studio classes, you must have a Platinum Pass or register as a drop-in. The Platinum Pass includes in-studio and online access. Zoom Pass holders only have access to online classes. If you are unable to attend a live-streamed class, you have the option to request an emailed version within a 24-hour period. Make sure to name your device upon joining the Zoom meeting. Admittance to the Zoom class will not be permitted unless your device is named and you are a registered participant. All participants will be admitted to class within five minutes of class beginning. After five minutes, access to the meeting will be unavailable to you. Visit the website www.trainwithtalia.com to become a TWT group fitness member or register and pay for your drop-in class. All Platinum Pass members and drop-ins who enter the studio will need to bring a signed and completed COVID-19 release waiver. To request a waiver, email trainwithtalia@gmail.com. TWT staff and members will follow the in-studio protocol listed below.
