Featured Member of the Month!

Introducing Personal Training Client Angelica T. She contacted TWT through our website requesting guidance and accountability with the assistance of a personal trainer. Shortly after that email her personal training journey at TWT began. After a few weeks of training Angelica decided she wanted to commit to additional sessions. Determined to change her life, she began to make health and fitness a priority. She began to start seeing changes in her endurance, strength, mindset, and the way her clothes were fitting. During training Angelica has expressed how hard training has been at times, finding the need to become mentally stronger in order to complete her sessions. While training she has endured many challenges such as family commitments but still continues to pursue her goal of living a healthy lifestyle. Being a positive example to her girls, family, and friends she has turned down invitations to go lunch, opting instead to go on a hike. Angelica has also recently inspired her younger sister to begin to personal train as well. Personal Training is not just about losing weight, but about changing who we are from the inside, looking to be better people. This is something Angelica has begun to do. TWT is proud of her for making strides in moving her life forward in a confident direction.

Spirit Day

Spirit Day will be held Tuesday, October 12th. Wear your TWT gear on Spirit Day and receive a raffle ticket for a prize. Purchase your new “Busy Building Muscle” shirts and tanks for $35. All older style tanks will be on sale for $25!

Saturday Bootcamp/Zumba

Saturday Bootcamp will be offered at 8:30 a.m. on October 2nd and 16th.

Zumba will continue to be offered every Saturday at 9:30 a.m.

Studio Closed October 30th

TWT will close Saturday, October 30th in observance of Halloween. Personal training and group fitness classes will resume Monday, November 1st.

Halloween Week

Beginning Monday, October 25th – Friday, October 29th TWT will celebrate Halloween week! Find your favorite costumes and wear them to training and class all week. Make sure you can exercise in your festive gear! 

Personal Training

Put your health and fitness goals first with one-on-one personal training at TWT.  Our ten-session personal training promotion is running now through September 30th. Details can be found on the website. Get started on your fitness goals and begin the new year strong and healthy! Become a part of our training team; we would love to have you! Prenatal Fitness

Are you or someone you know expecting??? Studies have shown exercising through pregnancy can lead to a healthier pregnancy along with many additional benefits for mother and baby. TWT is now offering personal training for mothers who would like to train one to one during their pregnancy. Talia holds a current fitness certification from OH BABY! TWT Fitness is ready to work with you. Prior to scheduling your consultation, a medical clearance must be obtained from your primary care doctor.

Group Fitness Members!

In order to attend in-studio classes, you must have a Platinum Pass or register as a drop-in. The Platinum Pass includes in-studio and online access. Zoom Pass holders only have access to online classes. If you are unable to attend a live-streamed class, you have the option to request an emailed version within a 24-hour period. Make sure to name your device upon joining the Zoom meeting. Admittance to the Zoom class will not be permitted unless your device is named and you are a registered participant. All participants will be admitted to class within five minutes of class beginning. After five minutes, access to the meeting will be unavailable to you. Visit the website www.trainwithtalia.com to become a TWT group fitness member or register and pay for your drop-in class. All Platinum Pass members and drop-ins who enter the studio will need to bring a signed and completed COVID-19 release waiver. To request a waiver, email trainwithtalia@gmail.com. TWT staff and members will follow the in-studio protocol listed below.
