Week 1: Hike Complete 3 (30 days)

Week 2: 300 minutes of moderate to intense cardio (7 days)

Week 3: 25 burpees (7 days)

Week 4: 150 mountain climbers (7 days)

Prenatal Fitness

Are you or is someone you know expecting??? Studies have shown exercising through pregnancy can lead to a healthier pregnancy along with many additional benefits for mother and baby. TWT is now offering personal training for mothers who would like to train one-to-one during their pregnancy. Talia holds a current fitness certification from OH BABY! TWT Fitness is ready to work with pregnant women. Prior to scheduling a consultation, a medical clearance must be obtained from the primary care doctor.
