Hello! After a near career-ending injury, I was able to bring my body back to life using Pilates to strengthen and rehabilitate to be even stronger than before. I have since dedicated my life to learning everything I can, not only about Pilates exercises but human anatomy as well. Coming from a ballet background, I have developed a deep understanding of kinesiology, which I integrate into every class. I believe that understanding the body and the reason behind each movement is just as important as performing the exercises. Such an understanding allows members to strengthen their minds as well as their bodies.
